COMPANY HISTORY
Stroh Realty was founded by Ray Stroh in 1954. In addition to real estate, Ray also specialized in auctions and auctioneering. Ray is now retired and the company is currently owned and operated by Ray's son, Dan Stroh. Faren Stroh, Ray's grandson, grew up in the family business and formally joined the company in 1992. Stroh Realty reflects the family traditon of honesty and integrity in the business community. "YOUR CONFIDENCE IS OUR PRIDE SINCE 1954."

Dan is a Loveland native having been born and raised in the local area. After attending C.U. in Boulder, he became a licensed real estate agent in 1968. He specializes in farms, ranches, water brokerage, and commercial and development property. Dan currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pouder Valley Health Systems. Dan and wife Debbie own and manage several farms, breeding and showing registered cutting horses. Dan also serves as Director of the National Cutting Horse Association in Fort Worth,Texas.

Faren Stroh holds a brokerage license in real estate and specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, development land, and income property within the cities of Loveland, Berthoud, Fort Collins, and Windsor. Although he has worked for Stroh and Company as a realtor since 1992, Faren has been in the auction business with his father and grandfather since 1982. He has done various kinds of auctions throughout the U.S. including livestock, art, personal property, and real property. Faren's professional credentials include: Member of Auctioneer Associations since 1982; GRI; President of local Association of Realtors (1996-1997);Board of Directors of local Realtor Association; member of local, state and national Association of Realtors; currently serving on state real estate legislative committee. Faren is an avid wrestler and weightlifting champion. He coaches wrestling at local schools.

Debbie Stroh sells residential real estate and serves as office manager/bookkeeper for the family business.
